2 months ago, A guy hit me in the rear, got he's all info..I file claim hes insurance to fix my car, I didn't use my insurance because the deductible is $600 and the repair cost only $889..I Call Esurance and the agent told me to wait..cannot process the car repair til they get intouch with the guy..geeh it's been 6 weeks, I haven't heard anything. What should I do? Plus help!! Add comment

They have no clue what they are doing. I had three policies which by the way I have no idea why. So they cancelled two of them, well guess what not even a month later I was charged over 400 dollars for these cancelled policies!!!! Esurance charged $12,800 instead of the previous charge of $1,100. No notice. When contacted, they said it was an underwriting issue. No change of vehicles, location or driving records. Esurance is the worst auto insurance and has the absolutely worst customer service. Esurance is an absolute nightmare if you have to file an expensive claim. I have struggled with them for two years after my then husband ran over something on the highway. I had a policy with Esurance for over 10 years. The policy lapsed, due to me being out of the country for 3 months. When I called back to reinstate it, Esurance increased the price by more than 50% and the only explanation was because it lapsed?!? Great treatment of loyal customers, huh? My Experience with esurance has been a nightmare. I am a full time student and mother that travels back and forth to Atlanta ga from Birmingham al and had a client of yours rear end me.
