I went on Esurance to get a quote for my daughter. Their quote was $172 per month for the same coverage that Progressive quoted at less than $100. So I hit the X without completing anything. Within 5 minutes, my phone rings and it's Esurance. I explained that if I wanted them to call me, I wouldn't have gone online for the quote. Yes, I've had an experience with Esurance - it was the worst insurance purchase I have ever experienced! They commited then amended, then debited my account for a significant difference without my concent an additional sum - don't buy insurance here !!! Add comment

This company is retarted.... I had moved with my wife into a temporary address while we waited on the sale of our home to go through. Sucks..... esurance-You still have the wrong vehicle on my claim. This will result in an incorrect car fax report for my other vehicle. Your "managers" don't care about your policy holders, only about how good they look to their bosses!
