Preferred solution: After accepting full responsibility, I never heard back from my email and phone efforts since Oct 5th. I need the payment for the repair, and the 14 days of rental for the repair. This claim # is 230806802.

This company is pure evil. They approved my water damage claim and sent in crews to demolish my kitchen to dry it out.
Once the restoration company found asbestos in the damage area, esurance said they are no longer going to accept liability for the claim and they're going to walk away from it. A quick letter from an attorney friend that told them I'm suing them for exposing us to asbestos. Magically 2 days later the asbestos abatement company showed up to remove all asbestos. Now esurance is telling me I should be able to replace my entire kitchen, the floors in the kitchen and dining area as well as re texture and repairs t both rooms for $11,000.
The floor alone is over $5000. This company is PURE EVIL. I'm going g to have to use the state insurance commissioner to force them to fully fund the project. They're dumb enough to allow that to happen.
And my state allows me to sue for double my costs as punitive damages. So now I guess I'll get a new kitchen and dining room, then I'll buy a boat with their money on the punitive award.

Another month has passed since I filed my claim and I have continued to attempt to get in contact with the claims adjuster and or her supervisor. My messages are ignored.
I honestly hoped they might reach out after this review. But I think my only option is to retain...
Fast forward to March 10th 2023. I was driving in my driveway and a gate swung open and laid a full thickness scratch across my rear passenger side door. Filed a claim on March 13th, heard back from adjuster almost immediately. So far, so good. But, that's where all the good ends.
It is currently exactly 1 month from the date that I filed the claim and I cannot get a single soul from the claims department to email me, call me, text me, send me a smoke signal, nothing. In short, they absolutely suck.
I have called Esurance's 800 number, supervisor number, You name it. Then, last Friday, I was given a phone number to call. The guy said you have to ask to file a "claim complaint". So I called the number. The lady who answered practically laughed and said "we don't do that, there's no such thing as a claims complaint. You have to call the insurance commissioner board or something like that if you want to complain about the claims."
This is really making me angry because I had my car all set to be sold and just needed to get this one little thing taking care of but instead, I'm having to add more and more miles to my vehicle, thereby reducing its worth considerably, thereby making it so I am going to get less and less when it comes time to sell it to the dealership where I am purchasing my next vehicle.
And now, reading all these *** consumer reviews, I am shocked. Each one of these people practically have gone through or are going through the exact same thing as I am! How is it that a company can have a consistently lousy claims department with consistently lousy claims adjusters and supervisors and still get away with it? Something has to give. Where does the buck stop?

I had trouble talking to a "real" person who could help me after 2 months of no answers on message machines.
My son got into a car accident and an adjuster, never returned his calls. After persistent trys to call leaving messages on answering machines to the "adjuster", I tried calling using the customer service 800 number.
I was then passed around and reconnected 3 times, telling the story 3 times, after finding out that the "adjuster" was no longer with the company. Why hadn't the company "esurance" notified us or called us back after leaving relentless messages. The accident was not my son's fault. There was a police report and witnesses.
This type of accident should be relatively simple to solve. It happened May 3rd, 2022 in a parking lot in Santa Barbara, California.
It wasn't before July 2022, that the company replied to me with a "real" person who is the team leader of an adjuster group. He contacted me after I sent the message on Pissed Consumer.

I wish I could get the name & number of the group leader who finally assisted y'all! I have been calling & calling, so tired of retelling my story every time I get transferred or when I have to call back AGAIN because nobody returns calls. It's making me crazy because we pay our premiums every month/6 months and we should be taken care of when we need them.
