Signed up for Esurance October 7, 2015. All documents were turned in, including driver exclusions, agreed to the monthly payments.
Paid a hefty down payment. On October 20, received a notice that they are terminating coverage November 26 due to not receiving the Driver Exclusion Form. However, the Driver Exclusion form (with all my and the excluded drivers' information) is right there on their website under documents.
It is also plainly noted on the Auto policy. I called and was on the phone *at length* with customer service and a supervisor explaining how it is all right there on their own declarations page as well as a separate form called “ “Driver Exclusion Form.” All to no avail.
