Last week on 11/27 I called Esurance Roadside Assistance at 1:39pm because I locked my keys up in the car, eta was 4:47, I waited until about 5:30 to call back only to find out the information given to the tow company was wrong. The address given was wrong and the telephone number was wrong.
I ended up being 3 hours and 25 minutes late for work. Today 12/4 I called at 6:30 because I needed a boost (battery died). Called back at 9:45 because I had not heard anything, only to find out that the "rep" tried to call back to let me know there would be some out of pocket expense but didn't get an answer. My phone never rang and there was not a voicemail left.
I will not be renewing my policy with Esurance. Thank goodness I was in a safe area both times I needed help because there was not a sense of urgency when it came to helping me.
