Esurance - Great till you need to file a claim
Esurance will do anything to avoid being there for a claim. They wont return phone calls or emails to include there management. I am on week 8 and still getting the run around. They are trying to do everything they can to avoid paying. Good thing i didnt need them for medical.

Esurance - Renters I insurance. Better else where
I have been given the run around about my claim since September 20th. Your Adjuster or court jester says one thing and do something else. It's October 5th and nothing has been done. Items still in the apartment while I have been in a overly expensive hotel still with none of my items taken care of. This is a horrible experience and no relief in site. Do you research before using this company.

They raised premium over 35% with no violations and claims....customer service was poor.
Esurance - Increase in Rate a/c PAFL4354250
My first fender bender happened a yr ago. I reported the accident & the other person didn't. Esurance paid out around $ 540 & I paid $ 500. The driver stopped suddenly in front & I had no choice of hitting her in the back. My monthly rate went up by $100. The other driver did not put in a claim. I think Esurance was so unfair increasing my rate so drastically.
